We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and other public illness, exists in any public place where people are present.
By visiting our establishment, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other public illnesses.

Tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling will be canceled at the discretion of Laughing Skull Lounge.

All shows are 21+ unless otherwise notated.

Your email confirmation serves as your purchase confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, your order is NOT confirmed. Please let us know if you did not receive your email confirmation.

If you’ve purchased Reserved tickets and wish to sit with another group* who purchased Reserved tickets separately, please call our box office at 943.300.4873 no later than 12 PM on the day of the show. *Please note: due to local capacity mandates, some restrictions apply.

A two-item minimum purchase per person is required in the showroom.

CHARGE BACKS: All sales are final. If you unjustly charge back the money you paid for your tickets because of no show, don’t recognize charge, or any other similar excuse, we charge you a $400 administration fee plus any legal & court costs to recover the money you charged back.

Please Note: Loud talking and/or heckling of the performers is extremely disruptive to the show and impacts your fellow guests’ experience. Customers who cannot comply will be removed from the venue and will not be issued a refund of their ticket purchase.
